AIYI Technologies JUDD Control Panel Overview
The AIYI Technologies JUDD is an advanced fixed gas detector control panel with a classic modular design. The modular design allows for flexible configuration depending on the workplace requirements, making the JUDD Control Panel suitable for a range of industries including mining, petrochemical pharmaceutical, metallurgy and manufacturing. With a robust aluminium alloy (single channel)/carbon steel (multi channel) body, the JUDD Control Panel is a highly durable and capable of withstanding the harshest environmental conditions.
The JUDD supports up to 8 channels which are compatible with 4-20mA gas detectors. The built-in relays are capable of interlock control, ensuring that measures can be taken automatically to immediately respond to any hazardous gas leak or build-up. Two passive relay outputs allow the controller to immediately trigger alarms or other hazard mitigation technologies such as exhaust vents whilst a 4-20mA signal output enables data collection when connected to a supervisory control and data acquisition system.
The JUDD Control Panel is available for service at all Air-Met Scientific locations nationwide.
