Tecknosys HFAS3+ High-Flow Air Sampling Pump Overview

The Tecknosys HFAS3+ High Flow Air Sampling Pump is a straightforward area air sampling pump ideal for sampling asbestos as well as bioaerosols such as mould. The HFAS3+ is capable of sampling at flow rates between 3 and 15 L/min (2 L/min with an optional adapter).

In accordance with HSG248, when used with a 25mm, 0.8μm filter at flowrates up to 10 L/min, the HFAS3+ is ideal for asbestos clearance sampling. The sampler is also compatible with a range of bioaerosol sampling cassettes for organic airborne substances such as mould and pollen at the required 15 L/min flow rate.

The microprocessor-based automatic, direct flow control system meets AIOH back-pressure requirements for flow rates of up to 10 L/min and provides pump and battery status information to the user.
