Sensitron MULTISCAN++S1 SIL 1 Gas Control Panel

Overview

The MULTISCAN++S1 is an advanced multifunction gas detection control panel that is equipped with a powerful microprocessor, allowing for a wide range of self-testing facilities to detect and localise possible failures. The control panels can manage and monitor up to 256 gas detectors, depending on the configurable variant used (64, 128 or 256 channels).

Furthermore, the panel can either be daisy-chained on available loops or with an analogue type of 4-20mA transmission or addressable detectors. This system allows connection via 4 open lines or 2 closed loops for gas detection and remote input and output modules. The Sensitron MULTISCAN++S1 is extremely flexible and highly reliable to control multiple digital or analogue gas detectors. These Controllers have 3 different input types 32, 16 and 8 as well as 2 different output types in 16 and 8.

The MULTISCAN++S1 is available in a plastic box IP65 variant or a 19" 6U (HE) rack (available only for the 256 version). The rack variant requires an external 24 Vdc power supply.
