Nanozen DustCount 9000 Personal Dust Monitor Overview

The DustCount 9000 Personal Dust Monitor is a lightweight, direct-reading Optical Particle Counter designed for silica, coal, metal or wood dust sampling. Compact, lightweight and easy to wear, the DustCount 9000 features a range of benefits including enhancements to the audible and visual alarm, configurable start/end of shift, even longer battery run time and alarms for STEL, TWA and Ceiling. The Nanozen DustCount 9000 is IECEx certified for intrinsic safety.

The DustCount 9000 combines the advantages of real-time dust monitoring, a built-in filter cassette for sample composition analysis and HSE 4.0 networking for efficient dust monitoring, helping companies dramatically reduce their lab analysis costs. The DustCount 9000 supports interchangeable impactors for PM2.5, PM4, and PM10.

Accurate real-time personal dust monitoring will help in shaving days and weeks off assessment and remediation time. Occupational hygienists have used the DustCount 9000 real-time data, and filter analysis results, to graphically demonstrate dangerous areas of aerosol exposure to workers, verify if mitigation systems and processes are working effectively and lower costs by focusing on problem areas identified by real-time accurate air measurements.

The Nanozen DustCount 9000 Wearable Dust Monitor is available exclusively from Air-Met Scientific for sale and hire. Air-Met Scientific is also the exclusive authorised Nanozen Service Centre in Australia for DustCount calibrations.
