The Trolex XD1+ Personal Dust Monitor is a lightweight, wearable instrument that provides real-time monitoring of personal exposure to airborne particulate matter. Designed for workers operating in dusty environments, the XD1+ delivers immediate feedback on changing dust concentrations, enabling faster responses to potential exposure risks.
Using advanced Optical Particle Counter (OPC) technology, the XD1+ measures PM1, PM2.5, PM4.25 and PM10 particulate fractions and provides configurable Short-Term Exposure Limit (STEL) and Time-Weighted Average (TWA) alarms through audible, visual and vibration alerts. Real-time exposure data allows workers and supervisors to identify elevated dust levels as they occur, supporting improved workplace safety and dust management practices.
Weighing just 170 g, the Trolex XD1+ is designed for comfortable, all-day wear and requires minimal maintenance with no pumps, filters or tubing. Data can be viewed live or downloaded for detailed analysis using the free Trolex BreatheLITE desktop software and BreatheMOBILE application, providing valuable insight into personal dust exposure trends over time.
