Trolex AIR XD Dust Monitor Overview

The Trolex AIR XD Dust Monitor is a real-time particulate monitoring system designed for continuous area dust monitoring in demanding industrial environments. It provides accurate, real-time measurement of airborne particulate concentrations, enabling organisations to make informed decisions to protect workers, optimise dust control measures and improve operational performance.

Using advanced Optical Particle Counter (OPC) technology, the Trolex AIR XD Dust Monitor simultaneously measures:

  • PM
  • PM2.5
  • PM4.25 
  • PM10 
  • Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) 

The instrument measures particles from 0.35 µm to +40 µm, providing detailed particulate profiling and trend analysis across a wide range of industrial applications. Measurement data can be viewed locally on the instrument display or integrated into plant control systems and software platforms using Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP or Trolex Breathe software.
