By entering the “AIOH Win A Bose Competition” you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.  

 

1.1. Subject to clause 1.2., entry is open to residents who are aged 18 years or over and is in attendance at the AIOH 2017 Conference and Exhibition.

1.2. Directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of Air-Met Scientific (“the Promoter”) or of the agencies, companies or participating outlets associated with this draw are unable to enter. 

1.3. Competitors, resellers and suppliers are also deemed unable to enter the competition 

 

2.1. The AIOH Win A Bose Competition (“the draw”) commences on 2 December 2018 at 8:00am AEDT and closes 3 December 2018 at 2:00pm AEDT. No entries shall be accepted outside the draw period.

2.2. During the draw period, entrants who fully answer the questions on the Win A Bose entry form will be entered into the draw. Entry to the draw is free. 

2.3. Only one entry per eligible person. Multiple entries are not permitted. 

 

3.1. The draw will take place on Tuesday 3 December 2018 at 3:30pm at the Air-Met Scientific booth (booth 19+20)

3.2. All “valid” entries with all answers on the entry form correct will be considered

3.3. One winner will be randomly selected from all entries received. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received will win the prize. Winner must be present at the Air-Met booth at the time of drawing (within 1 minute of the announcement) to be eligible to win and collect the prize.  If a winner entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry.

 

4.1. There will be one (1) prize only. The prize will be a Bose Soundlink Revolve Bluetooth Speaker. The “prize” is valued at RRP 299. Air-Met Scientific’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.2. The prizes are not transferrable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

4.3. If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoters will endeavour but are not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.

4.4. Images used in the promotional campaign are for illustrative purposes only. 

4.5. By entering this draw, entrants give Air-Met Scientific unrestricted use to any images taken as a result of the draw for Air-Met Scientific’s own purposes in all activities, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on Air-Met’s website and social networking platforms and will not be entitled to any fee for such use.   

4.6. Air-Met Scientific does not accept any responsibility for any Entries not being properly recorded or received by the closing of the draw period. Air-Met Scientific does not accept any responsibility for any network congestion, technical failure or other problem which results in any Entries not being properly recorded or received by Air-Met Scientific. 

4.7. Air-Met Scientific reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Draw at its sole discretion.

 

Personal information provided by an entrant to Air-Met Scientific for the purpose of entering the Draw will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Air-Met’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the privacy statement is available on the Air-Met website.  

 

Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the Air-Met Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
