Surveillance & First Response with the Legged Robot ANYmal

Webinar Presented By: Dr. Péter Fankhauser

Air-Met is excited to invite you to join us for a preview of the latest innovation in surveillance and first response with the legged robot ANYmal by ANYbotics.

Potential dangers and threats need to be detected as early as possible. Fully autonomously, the legged robot ANYmal can patrol and monitor natural and human-made environments without getting tired.

In case of an emergency, ANYmal can be remote-controlled from close and far distances to support first responders. Providing a live video and audio feed and a 3D map of the environment, risks can be assessed without putting people in harm's way.

Webinar will feature:

  • A demonstration of the ability of the ANYmal to negotiate any terrain
  • Examples of the versatility of the ANYmal to be used to respond to a range of emergencies
  • A discussion on how the ANYmal can create a safer working environment for first responders
  • A disucssion on how the ANYmal can result in a better outcome for responders in difficult and dangerous situations
  • A live Q & A session
